Цял ден го слушам. Силен претендент за титлата албум на годината за мен. Нов барабанист, нов звук, нов пианист - Ник свири на класическо пиано в доста от композициите... Единствено не ме напуска усещането, че "Men Who Climb Mountains" звучи като самостоятелен албум на Nick Barrett, а не като албум на Pendragon. Това последното с оглед екипната работа, която струеше от последните два албума. Явно ми липсва Скоти, но това е друга тема. Както Ник пее в една от новите композиции "It is what it is there's nothing you can do about it..."

Не е толкова лош албума, просто му трябват повечко слушания и бавно и сигурно ти влиза под кожата.А солото в песента-патрон Anathema съм сигурен че след години ще влиза в онези безкрайно скучни класации за най-добри китарни изпълнения.Но наистина е блестящо!

Голям албум е това! Но колкото е продукт на Neal Schon, толкова принос дават и Marco Mendoza и Dean Castronovo.Neal има нужда да записва и издава музика.Значението му е не по-малко от това на Steve Lukather примерно, но китаристът на Journey някак си остава незаслужено в сянка...
